It all began a few years ago. Wix was looking for a chat room platform to offer its users with a new app market. The difficulty, however, was finding one that would integrate easily with its native systems.

At RumbleTalk, we built a seamless out-of-the-box integrated group chat. This way, almost all of the integration is done via our unique API. By putting in the work up front and from our end, it meant it didn’t require much for Wix to get it ready and running.

Simply put, while normally there’s so much to set up with APIs, we’ve created a package offering that you can just plug and play (into any admin panel).

How It’s Used

Now that’s it’s been integrated, Wix users can add a group chat powered by RumbleTalk anywhere to their custom websites via a click of a button. Best of all, the basic package is completely free!

Important Tip for Wix Users

Here’s a quick tip for our Wix users: in Wix, there are two types of editors—one for desktop and one for mobile. So, in order for the group chat to display on both desktop and mobile versions of your Wix website, you need to verify that the chat shows in both of the editors (if not, simply add it).
