Reply time is within thirty minutes + phone support. The cost is 20% of the total cost, with a minimum of $750 / month.
To make it easy we offer yearly and monthly agreements. If you sign up for a monthly agreement, the contract length is one month and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis.

You can manage as many group chats as you need. RumbleTalk is designed in a way that you can increase and decrease the amount of chat rooms needed at any time. Chats are not limited to a specific domain.
Number of seats refers to the amount of chatters that can be in the chat at a given time. It is the sum of all logged in users (chatters) plus the people who are viewing the chat without login in (viewers).
All plans are limited by the total number of people who can be online at a given moment. Once this number is reached, additional visitors will be shown a small "Chat is Full" indicator when they try to login.
To upgrade an existing chat, click on the "Upgrade" button in the website premium page, or use the "Upgrade" button in the admin panel. Choose your desired combination of number of seats and rooms needed.
In case you already have a paid plan, you can simply purchase a new one, then the old one will be automatically disabled.
