Who has access to my private chat transcript?

Private chat is a discussion between two people. It is private by nature.
The question that is often asked is who can see or export the private chat information. Here’s a list of individuals that can access your private chat transcript:

• Only the two people that talk to each other in a private chat have access to the private chat info (and the ability to export the transcript).
• If you export your private chat transcript, you can send it to whoever you want (to export your private chat transcript, see here).
• The chat owner does NOT have access to any private chats and cannot see the chats that he has not participated in.
