Why are chatters being logged out automatically?

A user logging out can occur in some cases. However, chatters are not logged out by the system.

Find here the reason for a user logging out:

• Admin banned a user,
• Admin disconnected a user,
• User tries to log out,
• User logged out,
• An SDK/API call was sent to disconnect a user,
• The user closed the browser or moved to another tab for more than 2 minutes.
