Joomla Group Chat Plugin Installation
First, Get your group chat code.
Enter your email & choose a password at
https://rumbletalk.com/.
Then click on the "Get Chat room Code" and get the code hash for Joomla.
Go to Joomla "Administration", then to "Extensions" -> "Extension Manager".
Select installation archive, for example "plg_rumbletalkchat_v2.x.zip".
Click "Upload File & Install", after that you should see message about successful installation.
Go to "Administration" -> "Extensions" -> "Plugin Manager".
Look for "RumbleTalk Group Chat - A Chat Room with Themes" plug-in, and click on it.
On next screen select "Enabled", and insert RumbleTalk Group Chat code.
Optionally set width and or height (both percents are pixels are allowed).
Example width or height values: "100px" or "100%" (without quotes).
User member only: Checking this check-box will seamlessly set the Joomla chat room to use Joomla registered users.
Save the settings, after that you should see success message.
Go to "Content" -> "Article Manager". Create new or edit existing Article.
Insert {rumbletalkchat} shortcode anywhere inside Article.
The shortcode will be replaced by RumbleTalk Group Chat window.
If you see "Empty RumbleTalk Chat Room Code, please configure RumbleTalk Group Chat plug-in."
error message. Go to "Administration" -> "Plugin Manager" Look for "RumbleTalk Chat - A Group Chat with Themes" plug-in,
and click on it. Make sure you inserted RumbleTalk Chat code.
If you see {rumbletalkchat} shortcode inside article. Go to "Administration" -> "Plugin Manager".
Look for "RumbleTalk Group Chat - A Chat Riim with Themes" plug-in, and click on it.
Make sure the plug-in is installed and enabled.
Go to Joomla "Administration" -> "Extensions" -> "Extension manager"
Click on tab "Plugins"
Search the "RumbleTalk Group Chat - A Chat Room with Themes" plug-in.
Check the check-box placed on left side of the title. Click on "Uninstall".
After that you should see success message.
