How long are RumbleTalk contracts?

To make it easy, we offer yearly and monthly agreements. If you sign up for a monthly agreement, the contract length is 1 month and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis.

If you sign up for a yearly agreement, the contract length is 1 year and you are automatically billed on a yearly basis.

How do I cancel my subscription?

It's easy. As there are no cancellation fees, you can cancel your plan at any time. Go to your PayPal account and cancel the profile (subscription).

Is there a discount for a yearly commitment?

Yes! We offer discounts of up to 25% with our yearly agreements. To take advantage of the discount, click the "Buy Now" button anywhere you see the yearly discounts.

How many chats can I manage in my account?

You can manage as many group chats as you need. RumbleTalk is designed in a way that you can increase and decrease the amount of chat rooms needed at any time. Chats are not limited to a specific domain.

What does "number of participants seats" mean?

Number of participants seats refers to the amount of chatters that can be in the chat at a given time. It is the sum of all logged in users (chatters) plus the people who are viewing the chat without logging in (viewers).

All plans are limited by the total number of people who can be online at a given moment. Once this number is reached, additional visitors will be shown a small "Chat is Full" indicator when they try to login.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

To upgrade an existing chat, click on the "Upgrade" button in the website premium page, or use the "Upgrade" button in the admin panel. Choose your desired combination of number of participants seats and rooms needed.

In case you already have a paid plan, you can simply purchase a new one, and then the old one will be automatically disabled.

What are my payment options?

Payments can be made using PayPal or a credit card (via PayPal). For special payment option such as wire transfer or another credit card provider, please contact us for details.
